Doctor-approved prescription changes can be made at no charge within 90 days from the original date you receive your eyeglasses.

Your prescription will be given to you at the completion of your eye exam or contact lens fitting. If you saw a Kaiser Permanente eye doctor, view your prescription in the kp.org mobile app or print it from your medical record by signing on to your kp.org account.
