30-Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel good about your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your eyeglasses, you may exchange or return them one time for a complete refund within 30 days from the date of original delivery. Guarantee does not cover accidental damage, scratches or breakage; glasses must be in good condition.

90-Day Prescription Guarantee

Your glasses also come with a 90-day prescription lens guarantee. Doctor-approved prescription changes can be made at no charge within 90 days from the date you first receive your eyewear.

Frame Price Guarantee

If you find a better price somewhere else within 30 days for one of our regularly stocked frames, we’ll match it.

Price must be before any sales, discounts, bonuses, free offers, gift cards, reward points redemption, coupons, promo codes or bundled items. Frame must be exact style, size and color and in regular inventory. Must be possible to confirm lower price. Talk to optician about redemption requirements.

One-Year Damage Protection*

Your prescription eyeglasses come with extended protection for damage: Get 50% OFF current retail price to replace same frame and/or lenses one time if the eyeglasses you purchased are broken or scratched within one year.

*Optical benefits and discounts cannot be used when replacing glasses with One-Year Damage Protection. Maui Jim, non-prescription sunglasses, safety glasses, frame-only purchases, value packages (ACE Pair), lost or stolen glasses, and prescription changes do not qualify for One-Year Damage Protection coverage.

Unlimited Free Cleanings and Adjustments

To help maintain your glasses, your lenses have been given a scratch-resistant coating free of charge. We’re happy to clean and adjust your glasses free to keep them fitting properly for as long as you own them. Just stop by the nearest Kaiser Permanente optical shop.

Our Warranty

One-Year Frame and Lens Manufacturing Warranty

Your new eyewear—both frame and lenses—are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery. We will repair or, if necessary, replace your frames and/or lenses at no charge due to defective parts one-time per order. The warranty does not cover personal wear and tear (such as scratched lenses), damage due to mishandling, or loss or stolen glasses.

How do I use the warranty?

Bring all parts of the eyewear and your receipt to a Kaiser Permanente optical shop within the warranty period. Please plan to leave your glasses with us. If the original frame is no longer available, it will be replaced with a similar frame style of equal value.

*Warranty above covers eyeglass purchases as of January 1, 2022. Premium frames and lenses purchased prior to this date remain covered under the previous “One-Year Unconditional Warranty.” If you purchased a warranty upgrade, your eyeglasses remain covered under the previous “One-Year Unconditional Warranty.” Please talk to a Kaiser Permanente optician about your warranty or email KPWA.eyecare@kp.org.

*One-Year Damage Protection has replaced One-Year Extended Protection Program (EPP) and Two-Year Extended Protection Program Plus (EPP+). Prescription glasses purchased under EPP plans will be covered per the terms of those plans.
