- Annual supplies and orders of $100 or more ship FREE. All other orders are $11.
- Have your Kaiser Permanente member ID number and credit card ready. Orders are taken Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. After hours, leave a phone number and we’ll reach you the next business day.
